WebThe board annually determines the design of the PEBB wellness incentive program. (1) All subscribers, except PEBB subscribers who are enrolled in both medicare Parts A and B, and in the medicare risk pool as described in RCW 41.05.080 (3), are eligible to participate in the PEBB wellness incentive program. WebEmployees establish eligibility based on categories described in WAC 182-31-040 and 182-30-130. Eligibility is determined solely by the criteria of the category that most closely describes their work. All hours worked by an employee in their capacity as a school employee must be included in the calculation of hours for determining eligibility.
