This has changed my perspective on tmobile and I am looking to "upgrade" to another company. The $10.00 a month I spent on this insurance was a complete waste of money. I have been a customer for over 5 years without making a claim and when I lost my phone last week they sent me a scratched up 2nd hand phone that I had to pay £30 excess for.
