WebFor open world and solo content, Scrapper's hammer is quite strong, and bomb kit is auto-attack heavy like flamethrower with more focus on power damage (like your gear). If your mouse has thumb buttons, you can use mortar kit's 1 when you need ranged damage and not really lose anything by dropping the pistol. WebScrapper used to convert 15 % of the damage it dealt into temporary hitpoints (which is a lot when you're dealing more than 30k damage per second). With end of dragons this trait has been lowered to 5 %. Scrapper is still somewhat tanky and the new mechanist specialisation can be very tanky aswell so the playstyle still exists.
