WebI've had an ongoing issue with Scottish Power for about 3 years now. Essentially I'm unable to get a meter reading ever since they installed a smart meter. Last year, the ombudsman rules in my favour against them and I got £120 credit, a formal apology, and my bill reduced to the level it was at before they hiked it up.
