I've put a few hundred rounds of it through my 42 with zero malfunctions, and zero wear issues (that I can see) on the gun.

The +P+ rating for a 9mm puts in over 40,000psi which is way more than the 40s&w's 35,000psi, way more than the 10mm's 37,500psi and even more than the 357sig at 40,000psi; and don't kid yourself, it's quite a snappy round.
